Leather is a natural material and each hide is unique – therefore, you may occasionally find minor markings or colour variations in the leather. This is evidence of the quality of the product.
Should your product get wet, remove any residual water immediately with a paper towel and allow to dry naturally away from direct heat. Keep your pieces away from sharp objects such as keys to avoid scratches and indentations.
Water and oil can stain suede, if contact occurs we recommend using dry cleaning methods such as a suede brush. Light stains can be treated gently rubbing an eraser or the soft inside of bread (yes, really!).
Leather is a natural product and needs to breathe. It is best to store your item in its box or protective dust bag in a cool, dry environment.
Avoid direct sunlight as prolonged exposure can cause discolouring and fading. Do not store near artificial sources of heat e.g. radiator, as this can cause the leather to dry and crack.
